Pope Brother's would like to welcome you to our hunting services. First we would like to thank you for your interest in hunting with our guide service. We have been in the business now for nine years with a success rate of over 95% + across the board. With this kind of success rate we have a very high return rate this is what we shoot for we want you to come back every year or as much as often as you can for all you Texas Hunting needs. We offer year round hunting opportunities on well over a million private acres in North, West, Central, South Texas and Mexico for over sixty species of native and exotic animals. We take a lot of pride in our business and customer satisfaction is our top priority always. If you have done some research you will find we have very competitive pricing we are in the outfitting business because we have a great passion for hunting not to get rich. Our motto is we tell it like it is and we deliver on what we advertise. Another thing I like to stress is if something is to good to be true like a price for a hunt here in Texas then usually that is the case it isn't true. Be careful do some research on your hunt especially price wise 2-3 cheap bad hunts and you could go on a hunt that is fairly priced that you get what your after. Remember over 90% of Texas is private property and very different than many other states ranches with game aren't free or cheap to hunt. All of our hunts are based on fair market price we do a lot of research on a regular basis and base our prices accordingly. We use other ranches and outfitters that are legitimate with exceptional reputations when pricing our hunts. When we get a discounted price on an animal or a lease we always pass those savings on to you the customer we don't mark our prices up to make a larger proffit.

All of our hunts are set up to be customized by you the hunter. We work for you, tell us what you want and that’s what we put together. We have put together basic packages for you throughout this website that animals, amenities, etc... can be added to or taken away from. We allow rifle, pistol, muzzle loader, or archery equipment as means of harvesting game on most of our hunts. Some of the most common methods of hunting are spot and stalk, safari style, blind hunting, and calling. Our lodging varies due to the number of ranches we hunt. Most of the ranches we hunt have nice average clean accommodations on the ranch. For those ranches that do not have a lodge we will stay in a motel or bed and breakfast close to that ranch. We do not stay in run down dirty places and if you ever have a problem with a lodge etc... please let us know and we will make arrangements to fix the problem. Most of our package hunts meals are included and all meals are of ample proportion, you will not go hungry. We receive many compliments on the meals we provide and never have had a complaint. All drinks, snacks, and meals we consult with you before your hunt to provide what you want to eat and drink. Airport shuttle is provided in all of the package hunts and all transportation while hunting is also included. There is no age limit on the hunts we offer if you can hunt and fire a weapon of proper strength to harvest the animal of your choice you can hunt with us. I have many requests every year for disabled hunters etc... we can accommodate these types of hunts not a problem. We do offer discounts for military, children under 16, large groups, referred clients, and multiple animals harvested. So if a discount might apply to you or your group please ask for more details.

Licenses are never provided in the cost of a hunt you will need a proper Texas hunting license to hunt with PBGSO. We or you can stop and pick up a license when you get to Texas at any Wal-Mart, sporting good stores, etc... over the counter. If you are unsure which license you need, feel free to contact us. You can also purchase a license online from the Texas Parks & Wildlife website(here). Follow the steps and you can purchase your license online in advance. All processing and Taxidermy fees are never included in the price of our hunts we have a taxidermist that we use and recommend as well as a processors and this is your choice to use them or not. We can provide you with the pricing they charge for their services upon request. After we deliver your items to these services they are no longer PBGSO's responsibility.

All hunts require a non refundable deposit to book specific dates in advance. This is a nonrefundable deposit that will allow a change of date with proper notice or you can place the deposit against another hunt at another time. We accept cash, check, money order, Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express as methods of deposit or payment. All deposits are nonrefundable even if you have paid for an entire hunt in advance it can convey to another hunter or we can reschedule your hunt. All decisions in regards to deposits are at PBGSO's discretion we will always work with you with proper notice and legitimate claims.
