Pope Brothers has access to over 20 ranches to hunt Whitetail in Texas, Old Mexico, and Canada. Most of our whitetail hunting properties are in The Texas Hill Country or South Texas, however we do have a few ranches available in North and West Texas. In over 12 years of offering whitetail package hunts we have had a 98% success rate and for the past 4 years we have had a 100% success rate on all whitetail hunts. If you come on a hunt we get you the whitetail you are after even if we have to move to another ranch.
We have whitetail hunts for all budgets whether you are a first time hunter or the most stringent trophy hunter we have a package hunt for you. PBGSO has very competitive realistic pricing on our whitetail packages. I say competitive and realistic for a reason, and that is because we try to provide the most affordable hunting we can while still maintaining a 100% success rate (the most important goal is getting you exactly what you are after). With this many properties it would take a book to list all of the ranches and all of their details so we have categorized most of our hunts below in our Whitetail Price List.
All of our Whitetail hunting packages can be customized so if you are not seeing exactly what your looking for please contact us and let us customize a package for you. We will be happy to provide you with all the information on each ranch that might interest you. We never mix groups on any whitetail hunts you or your group will be the only whitetail hunters on a specific ranch while your hunt is taking place!
PBGSO uses a combination of methods on our whitetail hunts including stand hunting, spot and stalk, rattling, still hunting, and safari style hunting. Our deer blinds or stands will vary from ranch to ranch we will utilize several styles of box blinds (from extremely nice to average), tripods, portable pop up blinds, a few tree stands, and the occasional brush blind.
Most of our hunting packages listed below are all inclusive hunts which means your meals, non alcoholic drinks, Lodging, airport shuttle, skinning, quartering, caping, and your guide is included in the cost of your hunt. All of our lodging is comfortable and clean we have facilities from average to 5 star. We provide 3 meals per day We promise you will enjoy our cooking and might even go home with a few extra pounds.
Price List
#1 Hill Country Whitetail Special (low fence free range) $2500.00 for a 3 day all inclusive hunt package. You will be allowed to harvest 1 whitetail buck of your choice and 1 whitetail doe. This is a non guided you can hunt on your own and take the best buck you can or if you need a guide we can provide 1 for you.
#2 Hill Country Whitetail Special (low fence free range) $2750.00 for a 3 day all inclusive hunt package. You will be allowed to take 1 trophy whitetail buck of your choice, 2 whitetail does, and 2 wild hogs. This is a non guided hunt you can hunt on your own and take the best buck you can or if you need a guide we can provide 1 for you.
#3 Hill Country Whitetail Special (High Fence) $2000.00 for a 3 day all inclusive hunt package. You will be allowed to harvest 1 whitetail buck of your choice and 1 whitetail doe. This is a non guided hunt you can hunt on your own and take the best buck you can or if you need a guide we can provide 1 for you.
#4 Hill Country Whitetail Special (High Fence) $1500.00 for a 3 day do it yourself hunt we provide transportation while hunting and game care you provide your own meals and lodging while on this hunt. You will be allowed to harvest 1 whitetail buck of your choice and 1 whitetail doe. This is a non guided hunt you can hunt on your own and take the best buck you can.
#5 South Texas Whitetail Management Hunt (low fence or high fence your choice several ranches) $2500.00 for a 3 day all inclusive hunt package you will be allowed to harvest 1 whitetail buck up to 139 B&C (usually 8 points but not limited to 8 points), 1 hog or javelina, 1 doe when available, and any predators. This is a fully guided hunt 1x1.
#6 West Texas Primitive Whitetail hunt (low fence free range) This hunt is a 4 day all inclusive whitetail hunt package on 5000 acres. This hunt is conducted from wall tents and one of our primitive hunts. The cost for this hunt is $3250.00 you can harvest 1 mature whitetail buck of your choice and 1 javelina, or 1 turkey.
Mexico Trophy Whitetail Hunts
Mexico Trophy Whitetail hunts (low fence free range): This is a 4 day trophy whitetail hunt for $5000.00 you can harvest 1 mature trophy whitetail buck of your choice (160 average ).
